Question for you:
If someone has cleared IELTs, PCC, experienced, preferred employer in Canada ( who has approval letter from HRDC saying that if this candidate become landed immigrant, he will offer him a job ). So technically, based on the point system, he has more than 68 points.
Question for you are
1) What will approximate processing time from the date of filing at New Delhi, till final PR visa arrives ?
2) Does preferred emplyer or arranged employer letter could help to waive the interview ?
3) Even after all necesary points, proofs, capability - do you think that there are the case rejected under Approved employer for Canada?
Looking forward to hear from all of you experts. Thanks in advance for spending your time

The approximate processing time would be anywhere from 8 to 12 months.
Preferred Employer/Arranged Employer cannot help or does not help in interview waiver.Interview waiver is decided by the CHC based on assessment of documents submitted.
Yes,it can happen. Immigration visa is a request made by you;not your right to get a visa.If they dont like something, technically they can refusen on some ground or the other.
Life is also beautiful,if we explore what we already have!!!!
