Hello Friends,
I am studying in Canada since last 3 yrs in management diploma with 1 yr of work term. I really want to apply for immigration right now but i confused if is it the right time to apply or not. I live in BC (Victoria) and there are hardly any indian lawyers out here and some of them does not even disclose their charges for immigration proccess. even i have 1 yr of work term with that i have done lots of actiivities in my college whcih has helped me to get recommendation letters ..does this would fetch me soem points ?? please give me yr views..

Please don't put title like "Immigration" it is too general. It should be "Student want to apply for Immigration" or something like that.

going to a lawyer (lier) or paralegal=( a complete waste) will simply put a hole in ur wallet and they will put u in a spot where u can not move either way. if u r graduating from a college u should be able to do a lot on ur own. put any of ur querries in a search engine by using terms like immigration in canada, work permit etc. all the tips u need are own govt. website.

1st thing 1st get the job 1st, u can always ask for extension in ur work permit.
