Need some info on independent category, my sister applying from delhi, India on point basis. I am her brother and wants to provide her my documents for helping to increase in her points as a relative.
I am confusing about Income of myself. I am not really sure does my income makes any matter for the govt. I am a canadian citizen-

Do I need to have Income more then $40,000 just for provide her support?
My Income is less then $40,000, does it will helpful for her?
How much I need to show to the government to support her in Canada, after she land here.

If your sister is applying in the independent category, all you need to prove is proof of relationship for her to get the points. This can be done by sending a copy of your birth-certificate which would list the names of your parents. No proof of income on your part is needed

freakoutguy is right, income is only required when you are sponsoring her under family class not for the independent category.
