Hi Everyone,

1) If I fill these forms for my dad (who is the principal applicant), do I need to fill IMM 5476 - Use of A Representative?

Should I enlist my address in (7) of IMM 5476 ?

2)On IMM0008 in question 17) one is asked about educational details.

Both my parents are haven't completed any education - they started primary school and due to financial difficulties had to fend for themselves.

I've checked the educational table of the guide. It starts with "Secondary education".

What would I put in the educational details?

Answer 1 - its not required to fill up IMM 5476.

answer 2 - i put none in education details. you have a choice in form and put 0 value in year column.

IMO, Its good if possible tell you parents to avail marriage certificate and attached in application.....

tell your parents to do the affidavit and notarized marriage certificate from lawyer in India......depends on your location normally it tooks couple of hours to do it....ask your parents to enquire with lawyer in india and lawyer will guide them..

CIC told me to fill IMM 5476 if I am helping my parents fill in these forms (which I am).

Any update from anybody else?
