If US will distribute driving license on PO Box addresses, then my chachaji in India will have one to flaunt about in his village. !!

May be in 2010, on 407 they were not charging foreign plates

Ontario has an agreement with some states in the US (don't believe the list is public) to x-charge 407 tolls. I know relatives from Michigan who've received the 407 bill and those from Massachussets who still don't receive anything.

If you're from one of the border states like MI or NY, you can be sure you'll be billed. And the charges are a rip off, best to advise your US visitors not to use 407.

Are you there?

Ok Just curious,
If the lane was unmarked, and there was no toll booth, what made you think you missed to pay toll? do you still have the stub before you entered? Or was it more of fixed amount toll?
Who knows may be GPS was just right.

There are quite a few exits on some of the toll roads, which exits right before the toll booth. So just wondering if you took that exit. But if you still have the stub/ticket that you took before entering the toll road/turnpike then obviously you missed to pay the toll and you were on one of those EZ pass lanes.
Or may be I am missing something..been a while since I traveled south.
