This is regarding applying for sponsorship to sponsor my family.
My son's birth certificate and Adhar card are written both in Kannada and English. Each and every paragraph and sentences are written in English too. Do i needed to translate it again by a certified translator and attested by a notary?
Please get it Notarized as a TRULY ORIGINAL COPY :
In India birth certificate and other documents can be translated duly by a Notary as a Notary in India is duly authorized to translate documents from one language to another by virtue of the powers vested in him by the Indian notaries act and the Indian notary rules.
Further the Indian notaries and empowered to certify the translated script from one language to another under his official seal of notaries and by certifying the same by appending his signatures to the said certification.
That should suffice.
