Can a OCI card holder apply for Emergency Visa for urgent travel to INDIA ?
Indian govt. has suspended travel for all OCI card holders.

It was open for a short while (Very SHORT). ONE THING FOR SURE, Emergency Visas are always issued to NRI's of Indian Origin based upon individual needs.

It is done at an EMBASSY Level. Please contact them DIRECTLY and tell them WHY? and how you could go about availing it at a VERY SHORT NOTICE. See how you can pay for such services too?

OCI is a foreign citizen
NRI is a Indian citizen

embassy will give preference to NRI for repatriation
