My sister in india got 4.5 band ielets test. So she can put file for canada immigration in skilled workers class.

Please if you know anything about this give me some suggetion]

if she got 4.5 all in bands she would get only4 points out of max 16 ( unless his first language is not french )

so now calculate if she is able to make 67 points here

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/skilled/qual-5.html and if she is then you are good to apply for Federal Skilled worker .
