Mr. Massood,

I have received landing papers for myself, wife and daughter and have to enter Canada before Nov 7th 2004. I am at present on H1 visa in New York city. We had another baby daughter on Aug 15th born in New York, US. I made inquiries with the Canadian Consulate at New York and was told that the newborn baby would not be able obtain immigrant status. I am not sure what to do next. I have recd. her birth certificate, Social Security No. and have applied for her passport. Pl. guide me what should I do. Do I take her as an American Visitor and apply for her cannadian residency later...

If you have proof of your communication with Buffalo then you can ring baby to Canada as visitor and sponsor.
