Karneyhy did you send the passports when they werent requested, Submitting the ROLF and medicals doesnt gurantee the issuance of Visa, Only once Visa is issued you are supposed to send the passports

Hello friend ,

You are right but after medical only fear of rejection is Medical disability and criminal records. I know non of above affects me.
And further sending passport with medical saves time too. That we have observed in my sister-in-law’s case. So, we follow the same thing.

Lets hope that I get the visa soon dear.

I am still waiting for my PP request after the medicals were done on April 29th 2004. Got four more months before the 1 year limit on the medical runs out. For my case the processing center is Buffalo. Not sure what they are doing with my application but I will wait and see.

Medicals done in July/Aug 2004
Just took the passport back since I had to travel...they verbally told that all is fine, just re-submit the passport as soon as I'm back for stamping/landing papers.

Did they told you where were they planning to stampd your passport??
In simple words, Did you come to know how long you were supposed to wait if you had
not asked for your passport?

I hv done medical in july 2004. and waiting for passport.
Did you get pp request. Yes then when?
I sent without pp request.

I was sent a letter in Sept 2004 asking to submit the passport.
I submitted in Nov2004 and then took it back in Dec2004.
This time when I went personally to CHC to collect my pp, they asked me when I'll be back and how soon can I re-submit my pp again.
