Hello,
Can any one of this innovative forum shed some light on Tax Return issue in Canada? Partucularly new immigrants of the year 2003-2004.
I mean if an immigrant of the year 2004 with / without reasonable income needs to file Tax return in Canada in order to get tax credit? Is there any government body to contact or any web site to follow such tax return issue?
What is meant by world income?
Thanks,
Mrs. Praveen
Mrs Praveen,
1. I could not understand what has your question got to do with immigration under independent category? Can you explain?
2. I went into google.com and typed Canada Tax.
Found a page as under:
http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/menu-e.html" target="_blank">http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/menu-e.html</a>
You will get infomation from this I am sure.
3. World Income - I think it means the income in the world.

Hi Chandresh,
Many thanks for your concern.

I have heard that every landed immigrant has to file Tax Return once a year is over after His/Her landing. This makes me very crazy that why an immigrant with or without job to file Tax Return once the year is over. Could you please shed some light to this issue to clarify my doubt.
Your web information found very helpful information and once again I thank you for the same.
