Hi,

I am planning to immigrate to Canada in November. Please give me some good job links in the field of Chip Designing. I have heard that there are only few companies which are working in this area, but I found on monster.ca some relevant jobs.
I don't know what is the correct way to get the interview call...at least. Is there someone on this forum who has some reference or contacts in chip design industry.

Also, if you know about some job placement agencies who specialize in this field, do let us know about them..
We are moving to Kanata this december.

If somebody who is already living in Kanata could give us some hints regarding finding a decent 1 bedroom apartment.. that would be great too!!

There are, should I say were, lot of chip design companies in Kanata area like Mosaid, Tundra etc. Do you guys ever do google search before asking questions here? You will find lot of information online for all the questions you are asking.

Of course we do google and I have got a list of 30-40 companies apart from Tundra, Mosaid, Nortel, LSI Logic and Alcatel.....

My main question was how to get into these companies.
I have around 5 years of experience in VLSI design industry and recently my immigration for Canada has been approved. Now I want to come to Canada and get some job over there. But, I am not getting any replies from these companies even though I have relevant experience...I have applied online on their respective websites.

So, if some one has an idea about relevant job recruitment agencies, then pls let me know.
