I like to ask the administrator and moderators here, that how get promoted from junior desi to desi then to senior and on and on?

I dont know if there is anything beyond a Senior Desi.
That would be something.

4rth lieutinant(51-150)
5th captain(151-250)
6th major(251-400)
7th lt.colonel(401-600)
8th colonel(601-1000)
9th brigadior(1001-2000)
10th lt.general(2000-on)
11th maj general (moderator)
12th chief of army staff (administrator)
