Dear Friends,

I am living in Toronto since last 1.5 years. Now I want to apply for family immigration for my parents and sister. My sister will be compleing 22 years in the end of 2006.

I have doubts in my mind that she will be able to apply in the same file of my family or I will have to apply for her differently because she has finished 22 years?

She is not student right now. She is doing job as a nurse in one hospital.

I will be thankful to you if you will please guide me about this.

You should check our past discussions. I don't think you can sponsor your sister with your parents. She should have continued study in order to do that.
