Hi,

I had applied for Canada Skilled worker immig. in Sept 2k via New Delhi CHC. I received the file number and other details immiediately and thereafter no news. I had been updating Embassy with change in my employment and recently in March I submitted them my IELTS result sheet. I had scored 7.5.

But again till now no news.... Can any one help me in understanding what could be wrong with my application

Nothing wrong. Just delay delay delay testing your patience. You can start bugging the embassy by faxing them every week.

Thanks for the post, I really donot understand why they are doing like this, if they donot want people to immigrate to Canada they should stop the program....rather than making the person wait endlessly

CAIPS is a bit of a mirror of what the visa officer is thinking; his/her concerns [if any] and possible dates for next action on your file.

Your registered Canadian consultant or your Canadian lawyer can obtain them for you.
