jatan I do feel sorry for you, but take courage from the fact that there ARE people who are like you and HAVE managed to do ok. Only because one employer was crappy doesn not make all oh them the same.

This asshole must have been one those fly-by-night companies with no real HR per se.

Things will turn around. Just hang in there.

Crenshaw,

This site I believe was started to share Imm info with DESIS....... I mean original desis........

I had many frineds in College..(Anglo Indians)......most of them are in Canada/US now..........they never faced any problems while migrating and adjusting to the society..........because they were different.......

They did not look like, talk like Indians......they had that Western outlook and English accent.......

Your name itself looks out of place in India.........Are you also one of them.........I mean the Royal left overs of the English legacy (British Raj)

FYI...........Shashi Kapoor was a respected Indian Movie star...........do you know how his son looked like or talk like ???????? Not like a normal Indian.........

I can only guess.......that could be the reason of your instant success in Canada.........

Deep

My problem with Crenshaw is that he tries to correct everybody's written english like an english teacher. By the way is there a word "desi" in the english dictionary. As long as members get across their views even with grammatical and spelling mistakes, what is the harm??.

Indione – If people insist on making over the top comments, I’ll choose to go after them, any way I want to.

No let's not, this has gone far enough! Let's not start personal threads on people, please.
