1. Putting An Offer On A Home Without Being Prequalified 2. Limiting your Search To Open Houses,Ads,Internet 3. Thinking There Is Only One Perfect House there 4. Not Considering Long Term Needs 5. Not Examining Insurance Issues 6. Not Knowing Total Costs Involved 7. Not Following Through On Due Diligence:-Buyers should make a list of concerns to issues such as;schools,environmental conditions,power lines,neighbours,crime rate etc.Ask questions before you make an offer on a home.BE DILIGENT SO THAT YOU HAVE CONFIDENCE IN YOUR PURCHASE. 8. Not Calling Builder for Repair to Your Home within Warranty Program (Time Periods) after you bought (if there is problem)
