Immigration is definitely a complex process and aspirant applicants often faces dilemma during applying phase. Immigration process involves a lot of laws and migration regulations which need to be considered carefully while filing up the application. However, if we talk about Canada, the easiest way to approach PR status is through Express Entry system. Canada Express Entry has controlled most of the complications related to immigration process. Whether you try to apply by yourself or prefer to go through a registered agent, you must know the key facts. These facts will clear the vision of your reasons behind applying Canada PR.
Continuously Increasing Canada Express Entry target:
On 2015, Canada came up with Express Entry process to invite skilled internationals into their country on PR basis. Last year on 2017, Canada accepted 65,401 applicants under express entry skim. While in 2017 the target was to invite 71,700 immigrants but only 65,401 applicants manage to receive ITAs. Now this year in 2018, they have set target for inviting 74,900 applicants which is 4% more than last year’s target. In a recent publication, the immigration authority had stated that the targets for 2019 and 2020 will be even higher than this year and they will keep encouraging skilled immigrants to apply under this scheme.
The Canada Express Entry Program:
This is the most rapid program introduced among any immigration scheme introduced by any country. IRCC (Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada) launched Canada Express Entry in 2015 to fulfil the need of Canada’s labor market and to meet the increasing demand of skilled labor. This program has opened the door of Canada PR to skilled professionals across the world. This is a point based system and asses applicants with CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) points. This CRS points are allotted on the basis of age, qualification, work experience and English language skills.
Further Eased Immigration Rule:
To meet the increasing demands of skilled labor market need, IRCC had further eased the Canada express entry rules. Few of the eased immigration rules are:
• Extra CRS points in case of having siblings residing in Canada as PR.
• Extra point for having Canadian education.
• No compulsion of having job or bank account.
• Submission time for visa application increased from 60 to 90 days.
Canada has shown extreme possibilities to continue easing the immigration rules to invite more skilled and deserved internationals. Hence, Canada Express Entry is the easiest way to get Canadian PR status till now.
