Cow Over Moon Children’s Theatre, the company that has produced critically acclaimed shows, Jack Frost, The Gingerbread Guy, The Ant & The Grasshopper and The Adventures of Pinocchio, returns with a new twist on the classic tale RAPunzel. This updated version will be presented in Toronto at the Red Sandcastle Theatre Dec 4, 6 &7-8 and at the Maja Prentice Theatre in Mississauga Dec 10-15th
RAPunzel follows on from our 2012 successful hit, The Adventures of Pinocchio and we are pleased to be back in Toronto and Mississauga for the holiday season.
This version tells the story of a young girl who aspires to perform through rap but is teased for her long hair so runs away. On this journey she meets some delightful characters who admire her long locks and eventually help her realize that what makes her out of the ordinary is also what makes her extraordinary! The story is told through song, dance, storytelling, improvisation and audience participation and is created with the actors, director and musical director through improvisation and script writing.
With an almost brand new cast of actors and comedians, we are so excited for families and schools to come and see the show.
