Canadian Community Arts Initiative (www.communityart.ca) is proud to present “Mosaic 2007”, The South Asian Heritage Festival of Mississauga which will take place at Civic Square, Mississauga, June 23 – 24, 2007, showcasing South Asian culture in a professional, fun and mainstream environment.

Launched in 2006, Mosaic attracted a large number of South Asians and other communities from across GTA to enjoy the activities spanning across the North and South Civic Court, Laidlaw Hall Gallery, RBC Theatre, Mississauga Library and the Amphitheatre.

Mosaic 2007 will present main stage performances including Bhangra, Kathat, Dandian, Sitar, Dhol, special Bengali and Sri Lankan segments, Popular restaurants from GTA, Vendors Market, "Rock the Coliseum" 12 Youth bands concerts, "Underground Garage Sale" Youth crafts, Visual Arts segments and much more.

Admission and all performances are completely FREE and free parking is available. Every visitor to Mosaic 2007 can enter the draw to win Free Roundtrip Tickets to any destination in South Asia". Canadian National Exhibition's mascot Alex will bring FREE CNE tickets for children.
