I am an Oracle Developer DBA (6yrs) B4 landing in Canada this June I wish to upgrade my skills in India .

My best bet is Oracle Apps Technical Developer or Oracle Apps DBA . But I FEAR that Oracle Apps is not doing well in Canada . Hence I am going in for Datawarehousing /SAP ABAP course in India which is not my current skill set . Is this assumption correct ?

I will appreciate if u can aware me with the current Oracle Apps market in Canada as for me , it shall be long term career move if I part ways with Oracle forms & reports .

Oracle is coming up with Fusion technology. Check out how it is going to impact you technical folks. I understand there are lot of fundamental changes. There will be chnages for functional folks too but they may not be as profound as technical ones. The information is not easily available. Try to do as much research on future technology as possible.
