Few suggestions (from my perspective):

Right now I am going thru lot of resumes. I see that the applicants write more abt experience that are not required by the position. If you are applying for a PS job, please read the poster carefully (specifically the SOQ). Emphasize in your cv only those that are asked in the poster. It does not hurt to very briefly mention other exp that are close to what’s required for the position. For example, if the position requires SQL server experience and if you elaborate on your C++ or Java exp, it’s not going to impress the hiring manager. Use the same words that’s in the poster.
