TFSA Room information on My Account CRA website

Dear CD's,

When I log in to My Account on CRA website and click on TFSA contribution room, I get the following error message:

"You have no TFSA Room Statement Information. Please contact your Tax Services Office."

Any clue what this is? I have never seen this before, few weeks ago, it was showing contribution room of around $20K. I have not had any over contributions in the past years, and I am not sure what this message is about. Has anyone else seen this error message?
