Hi,
I am preparing a sponsorship application for my parents. I need to send some photocopies of documents along with the application like Birth Certificate, PR Card etc.:
- Should I get the copies Notarized?
- If yes, could someone advise a reliable and cheaper source of getting documents notarized?
- I went through earlier posts and talked to the libraries in Toronto. The Libraries responded me saying that the Lawyers visiting will not notarize any documents related to Immigration or settlement.
-I also talked to couple of persons at Albion area charging 15$ per document.
Is there a cheaper/ reliable source in Mississauga/ GTA where I can get the documents Notarized?
Thanks

hello!
$ 15 is a standard price. go for it.
Try also a travel agency located at the intersection corner of Yonge-Church (between Yonge-Shepard and Yonge-finch). There is a notary inside it and he charges $15 per document. You may negotiate if documents are plenty.
He also works on saturday 11-2 pm.
All the best yarr!

hello!
Go to your banker and get the photocopies attested. It works and free.
I did the same.
