Are they swaping PR Card while return to keep record?

Hello Friends,

One thing is clear that every one need PR Card to return back. But does they are swapig PR Card while returning back from Canada to keep record of departure?

If they are swaping card, Is there any other way to show one inside the Canada while remaining out? I know that it is a direct question but some one really need it.

They are not SWIPING PR card upon departure from Canada.
