Yes you can. For sure, for sure.

Now comes all of the questions, But you don't have to answer to us.
Were you and are you the only partner she has?

Do you have any way of going back in time and getting the facts such as letters, joint accounts, place you both co-habited, cards, pictures etc., or
was it an affair surreptiously conducted and not an open one as you want us to think?

Are you willing to resume where you left off ? And like wise find from the other half, her opinion. Are you willing to go one step further and solemnise it?

Any "Issues" from the first marriage or the former partner, if so, are they desirous of and you willing to accomodate them in your present life?

It might take six months or more, will you keep all the records from now on and maintain them in a chronological order and in a fashion the immigration officer might want and bring it upto date from the past?

I will list them here: Phone calls, e-mails, letters-greeting cards, visits, parties and guests, pictures together and the whole nine yards. She will have to maintain one at her end llikewise.!

Before you jump into it head long, proceed with caution. Toy around with a few what if's and see if you come up with smart answers. I know you will come up with good ones.

We all know what you are suffering from. It is called "LACKANOOKIE".

Good Luck.

Freddie.
