Hi Ashwani,

The receiver looks great; however the speaker ratings (100W) is lower than the receiver's rating (110W). Though you may not use it at full blast, its better to get a speaker system that has higher rating / frequency than that of the receiver & also comes as a set rather than mix n match speakers.

Best Buy is also selling Bose AM15-II 6-Speaker Home Theatre System - Black at nearly half price - 799 instead of 1499 & more than matches with the receiver. Price is higher than what you want to pay, but Bose is one of the best speaker systems available around & would last a life time. If you are more into watching movies at home rather than in a theatre then it certainly is worth the value & money.

Thanks a lot for all your input ..I did saw Bose speakers and they are awesome ..
BUT 800 $ is little too far from what I initially wanted to spend ..
Precision is mix and match but if you see most specs are same and moreover speakers are built of same material ..And than you are again right that I am not going to use the speakers to the full blast ( even half I doubt ) ..Keeping inview what would be best bet ..Infinity OR Precision ..
Infinity model is entry level whereas Precision is high end ..
Infinity is known as GOOD brand whereas Precision is certainly not the best ..
This is where I am little confused and on top of it I am getting a very good discount on Infinity ...
