My Brother in law and sister who are in middle east recently got rejected for visitors visa trv 179 which say the visa officer didnt any proof they will return back both of them are working for a major airlines and their visit duration was only 10 days they submitted all docs like leave ltr, employment etc etc , much more than sufficient funds for the visit ..If any one can suggest what else could be the supporting documents to show they will go back? will hiring a lawyer help in any manner? I am a PR here in Toronto Please advise?
