Need some technical help.

1.My youtube does'nt work on Mozilla FireFox.If I click on any vide I get this response:
Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player. Get the latest Flash player.

2.So I was using Internet Explorer for u-tube.It was working fine untill last nite when I was trying to upload sum videos.It asked me to download Gears if u want to upload mutiple videos.I downloaded Gears then turned off my laptop.Now when I tried seeing any video ...its not opening and giving same response as mozilla.

I downloaded jawa again and adobe flashplayer...still not working.

Pl. HELP!

Here is what I found with what you wrote in your query. And the cure on their site is... You may have to Uninstall the particular version in use. see the FIX on their web site.

Patch in the problem as shown on your screen...
