I recently moved from Mississauga to Milton and used the services of Ram's Moving and Delivery Services. The people were very courteous and did a great job at a reasonable price.

Check them out. The contact person is Ram Prasad(or Prasaud) and the contact phone number is: 416-821-4003

strange enough, but there is canadian association of movers !

Check this for options : (http://www.mover.net/cgi-bin/cam_dir.cgi)

Usually the rates go from 80 to 150 per hr.
I used "Premiere Van Lines". (www.premierevanlines.com). My priority was to start by 10AM complete the moving by 2PM. And all went as planned. Obviously, I paid more for quality!

Keep in mind the movers work by hours (with min. 4 hrs). And the hour counting starts the minute their truck drives out their warehouse.

Any damage to anything?...you can pm me if you don't want to give all that info out here on the thread...I just questined here as it may help someone else also in future.
