how did you solve the problem of giving the address for the PR card to be deliverd.

In my case the PR card was delivered to my friends place and then he courierd to me by fedex to abudhabi(UAE).

Are there any tax implications in getting a CC and using it ? Are you not establishing residential ties with Canada ? If so, is it not a huge cost to establish credit history. Otherwise it makes sense.
