dear all,

we bought the house in june 2010 and moved in july,2010. it has been almost 5 months but we have not received our file from the lawyer. whenever we call them, the secretary says that it was a very busy time and thats the reason there was back log of the files and you will receive in few weeks. can anyone please guide us as how to get our file??

call up http://www.mpac.ca/pages_english/property_owners/contactus.asp
and confirm whether your property has been registered in your name

Best thing to do is call Local Land Registry office they will tell right away .MPAC is backlogged .
