Hello everyone,
I have worked as an SAP consultant for 4yrs.
But currently I have been an homemaker for the last 4years.
I am hoping to reenter the SAP market.
Kindly advice what options I might have
or what extra accreditation I might need to get??

Primary rule when you want to discuss SAP market. '" Thy shall always mention the module " Some modules are hot , some are not so hot, some are saturated and others are not !! Canadian SAP mkt in any case is not so vibrant so opportunities are not that many (as compared to US/UK/Aus/IN) regardless of economic situation.
Entering SAP mkt as an experienced consultant is much easier than a newbie. An impressive resume and ones ability to be effective in interview will be primary factors.
Also do not forget Indian companies wanting to hire somebody in Canada who are eligible to work here..keep pinging their websites, you neva know , new projects keep mushrooming !

I am certified SAP MM and have got 4 yrs experience in MM alongwith WM also.
Getting back into SAP after a gap of almost 4yrs is going to be difficult. I need all the help I can get.

Only if you stop saying that it will be difficult after 4 yrs of gap, it might help.
Apart from obvious suggestion of placing your resume on jobsites (monster , workopolis) and registering with some recruitment agencies. I would say search for the SAP MM consultants on linkedin who are working in your location, you can also get their company names / projects they are working on from their profiles. I think if you start from there you will have fair idea about the market in your module, companies which are or have implemented your module etc. You can as well connect with them to know more.
Saying yes to travelling, relocating or ready to go to US will definitly increase your chances. Another way is to impart training. :-).
