Citizen application from guelph??

Hi
Is it true , if i apply for citizen ship from guelph, the process time will be fast??
I have finish my 3 years in canada and moving to guelph this month.

All applications go to a central location in NS. The processing time begins varying once the centralized location forwards the application to the local CIC office for the test and oath. In general, higher the population of the area, slower the processing time as the number of applications tend to be higher unless there is proportionate number of people to work on these application.
