But here you both (full house and san-hugo) have different views.

I think it's better to apply directly instead of any consultants, but isn't it important to make sure whether I fall under 4011 categoryor not?

I am an optimist. Otherwise you will not see me here and also help each and everyone with their daily hurdles. They all look ominous and insurmountable till a little bit of help and suggestion gets them going in the right direction. Won't it be nice to see an answer for your problems with your first cup of coffee in the morning?. WAY TO GO.

One thing for sure, if you do not qualify, you will get your money back.

How is that for an assurance.

AIM HIGH, because you are joining the ranks of the higher ups.

Drop us a note if you need any further help.

FH.

You can do the same for others starting from today.

I tried the link provided to see if an Assistant Professor will merit the treatment that Professors get. I find it all depends upon the SKILL LEVEL AT WHICH YOU ARE HIRED there. Which is NOC4011, and you are.!

http://www23.statcan.gc.ca/imdb/p3VD.pl?Function=getAllExample&TVD=122372&CVD=122376&CPV=4011&CST=01012011&CLV=4&MLV=4&V=81503&VST=01012011

The next item is, : Some of the COLLEGES, which actually fall under VOCATIONAL Schools, previously, are currently issuing Degrees to their students, having been affiliated to a Government Recognized or Affiliated with one such, and this Institution has hired you in that Capacity and your teaching level does merit recognition to that NOC 4011 calls for.

Fill in an years service to gain that Experience and then apply to Immigrate, if you so desire.

Good Luck.

FH.

Dear Junior Desi sCanada

It all depends whether you can get your experience certificate on university letter head. One from college will not work for this category. (my view point).

Unfortunately the immigration clerk who filters the application for the minister to approve, will not go into details of your experience but will rely cluelessly (i know this is not english word , so pls do not correct me professor) , cluelessly on the experience certificate which you will provide. A nice one from university will do the trick. Hai jugaad ?
