Are there any stores in GTA which sell CDMA cell phones. I have to send one to India?
Or any other suggestion! Parents dont require a very high end cell phone but need a camera in it.

When Nortel was in Phone Business, CDMA was started here and was gaining popularity. Currently it is mothballed.
But there are tonnes of CDMA phones on E-bay, so also GSM Quad Band for about the same dollar cost and so do not skimp any more in providing them with a gadget that does more than what you think that they need or deserve. Buy the best for them.

Why do you want to send it from here? You probably have more choices in India, regional language customization settings if they need and warranty if you buy in India and you do not have to worry if the phone will work in India or not. If you know a particular model is supported on the CDMA network in India, you can buy it online too from India based websites such as Flipkart.

Go for RajCanada's idea.
Cellphone are cheap and the latest models are also available.
Just buy in India and save some $'s.

Other websites are :
Rediff shopping, Naptool, Amazon. I basically use the 2 listed and service is Good. In one they delivered a imitation Iphone cellphone broken and they told me to send it back to them.
They gave me both refund for the cellphone as well as for the courier to send it back.
It basically depends the variety that you are looking for and the price range.
Donot know why but almost all US returned people use Amazon only.
