Dear All,
Thank a lot for guiding me previously reg my Permanent Resident of Saskatchewan under SINP programme(family sponsorship) .
last month I landed in Saskatchewan and now decided to go back to India and want come back back soon with my Wife...who was included in my SINP application but not accompanied me due to her job in India.
Since my Wife Name was already there in the Dependent Details
and all her Medical,Police Clearance Certificates , Background Verification already done
or i can say she has been already examined.
So, could anyone please advice me what is the exactly procedure need to be follow for her quick entry to Saskatchewan. Also, how much will be the Processing Time and is it possible that things can be done from India and not from Canada. Once she got the VISA Stamped then i will Re-enter to Canada for permanent settlement.
Thanks in Advance
Amit

Thanks for your Reply Full house.
But as I have already written in my post that she was Non Accompanying Dependent
in my Application. So, this was the reason her passport was not submitted for Canada Visa and hence no VISA Issued.
Regarding the PR Card I already have my relatives who will receive the PR Card at the address already mentioned to Immigration Officer while landing. So, there is
no concern for the same.
I have my return tickets to India and I want all the things to be done from India only
Please anyone answer who had the same concern before.
Regards,
Amit
If your relative there in Saskatchewan had sponsored two of you and you both decided to travel to Canada together, then, you could have decided to get in together.
What I gather is that your spouse did not want to take the plunge. So, you know the reason better and I have no comments there.
Now the only way she can enter is, if your sponsor takes a kind heart and also sponsors her once again and it might take a little more time. By then you would have lost a few more months of work there under the SINP. You will need to answer to that at that time. On the other hand you work in Canada and your spouse continues there in India.
As per SINP, for you to sponsor, you will have to be residing here in Canada. You can only sponsor after 12 months of stay there and show your capability to stay and work there and comply with their rules.
Even the federal system will not permit you to do any sponsoring from India, to Sponsor your spouse, you must reside here till she lands here and until the whole process gets completed. No luck there too.
Sorry to give you this news. So, forget about sponsoring a spouse from India.(Unless you are a Canadian Citizen.)
