A side by side comparison of what's changing:

Very good info;

few changes are very good:

Applicants must be physically present in Canada for three out of five years before applying for citizenship.

and specially these one: Applicants between 18 and 54 years must meet the language and knowledge requirements for citizenship. - it will help lot of senior immigrants - its was very hard for older people to pass the test.
