Dears,

Is Court marriage accepted as an sufficient proof for Spouse Sponsoring by CIC ?

Also what is the current time span for grant of Visas to spouses from India ? I heard that CIC gives maximum preference to Spousal cases.

Could somebody answer the above queries ?

a. yes...

b. about 4-6 months, sometimes even faster... im assuming you are asking about sponsored immigration and not visit visa's...
