Hello. I've been wondering about something that may sound rather natural when it comes to crossing the US/CA border for visiting except for one thing: I'd like to know the requirements for someone who wishes to cross the border by _foot_ (walking with your two feet, ;-)), if even possible these days. What should someone say to the person when asked for proof of leaving Canada on the date they plan to? Thanks...
I haven't done it personally, but I don't think it should be any different than driving by car across the border.
Lots of people do this at Niagara Falls every day.
Do the same things you would do if you were crossing by car.
I don't understand about proof of leaving Canada.
If you are a PR, then you don't have to bother about any proof of leaving.
