I agree with indione, Crenshaw uses language that really hurts and its not his fault as i believe he is somewhat unaware what we people are capable of doing. whole world knows that INDIANS are good in technical skills and communication skills aswell. okie we might lack in communication skills(english) but we are at TOP in technical skills and providing valuable people to this community (whole world- mainly UK,US,Canada).

Also, English is not our mother tongue and still we tried our best to adopt english as our language, our books mostly higher education all are in english so you can have an idea that we know english far better that you in terms of understanding and applying what all we have read in our books for years in universities and schools. All our education(in terms of technical skills) is in english and we know our technical level and no body can beat us in that, now u tell why don't you have good technical skills even though you have good communication skill and can even write more better than us...... U know why because you don't feel like learning difficult things....

WE never said that we don't like english, we never tried to go far from it neither we quit it... but we tried hard to gain some respect from this country, peace and stable life that we all dream of. Leaving your country, parents, people, everything that ur part of is very difficult Crenshaw, only those can feel this who passed through this situation. I feel sorry for those who went back home because they couldn't find good job here that they alwys dreamt of but its make me feel happy aswell because india can still land you good job and respectful life at this time of recession.

Crenshaw, i feel sorry for you....

No doubt you have good communication/writing skills but you lack in building relationships and influencing people by not showing sympathyand being rude all time and i bet you that you dnt even have good social life and thats y u feel frustrated.

Advice for you:

Be polite with people because you never know when you might need them.

Thanks,

Harsh
