Here is your answer of your questions:-
1) Yes you can get a part time job or a cash job easily.
2)you can work only 20 hrs a week (off campus legally) but after 6 months of completing your education.you want more work, try cash jobs.
3)Its not easy ,neither tough you have to make efforts.
4)one year of work permit you will get easily after completing your job and for second yr. you have to go LMO.
5)you can apply for PR while studying or after completing ur studies. It will take from 16 months to 36 months.

Most important try to get admission in good community college, dont take admission in private college,If you take admission in private college, its very hard to get work permit.
v.i.note ;-Don't go by any agent.
I pretty much agree with what classic has to say, I would really emphasize on getting into a good college/university. You can get a one year work permit after graduation if you graduate from a college in Toronto/Vancouver/Montreal or get a job in either of the cities, if you graduate or get a job in cities outside of the above mentioned cities, then you can get a 2 year work permit (but the duration of the work permit cannot be greater then the duration of the study). You can get cash jobs where they pay you anything from 8-9$/hr to 20/21$ an hr (warehousingjobs or seriously labour intensive jobs). Hope that helps!
