They have some info about CP at various consulates around the world. MTL is one of few "Review Process Consulate" as opposed to "Standard Consulates". So, the document submission and retnetion requirements are slightly different than the standard consulates.
PCC from where?

Hello Dimple
Thank you, for the information.
PCC from Saudi Arabia, Italy and Germany I was working at each place @ two years. I am in process to get it from Italy and Germany. Only difficult is Saudi Arabia, they only issue PCC, if I have a letter from US Consulate or USCIS or NVC.
Before interview at Consulate, do I get any letter from NVC that shows I have to submit PCC?
Thank you,
Parth

Yes. You, your employer, or your attorney should get a request from NVC for a set of documents along with request for payment of fee. Long time ago, these used to be called Packet 3 or 4. That request should contain the list of original documents you will have to send and PCC is one of them.

Hi Parth,
I've sent you a PM. Please respond.
Hi Dimple2001,
1.Does the NVC inform the Candidate or the attorney when the file is transferred to the Consulate?
2. If an address change is needed, how and when to notify NVC/Consulate?
Thanks,
Raajen.
Hello Raajen
I did send PM to you. Keep in touch
