Chandreshji,
The seminar is a serious one for others. I am going to the seminar just for the refreshments. What ever the speaker says will just be latin and greek to me. I would probably just be looking at the people who came there during the course of the seminar.
I put it in the events section b'cos it might be useful to some body who come to the seminar to learn on how to secure engineering contarcts in Iraq and also get refreshed by refeshments.
I leave it up to you or the other moderators regarding where this poster should me. I have no problems with it.

Sidenote : This will be my last post in this thread (added - for the day). I have been doing nothing from 3:00 pm (now it is 5:05 pm). I donot want to go home at midnight and so i am off to do some drafting

With reference to your above quote, i am seriously thinking of how legally i will be able to get compensated for this amount.
I told this incident to my boss (6 to 7 months back) and i told him on the face that i will make the Govt. Of canada to compensate me for this. he asked me how and i told him that i am thinking of how. He told me to tell him the answer when i found out.
Right now i am working on a way to get myself compensated for this. I will tell this forum of wether i was sucessful in it when i find out. you can expect the answer in the coming week. If i was suceesful i shall say so and if i was not sucessful then i will tell you the method i used and how i was not sucessful.
(and it is in a legal way but works in the form of the smith manouvre- which by the way is legal but only that your brain needs to be smart to find a way to make it work)

Sidenote : and i am also looking for a way to get compensated when the parking inspector put a $40 fine when i parked in Canadian tire when i went to get the Canadian citizenship. All these incidents are firmly embedded in my mind.

Here's a terrible mistake you and I have made MR - advised someone to change his profession without taking proper care to safeguard ourselves. What if TK changes his profession and instead of 125/hr from 12.50, he reaches 1.25/hr??? (because he will actually write stressing on the wrong things like 'free refreshments' rather than the right thing - 'seminar for engineering professionals'.
So to safeguard myself, I would add that in case TK follows your or my advice and suffers losses not anticipated, he is only entitled to reimbursement of charges he has paid for our advice - LESS processing charges for reimbursement.

To clarify, I never said that the seminar is a joke. My exception was to the fact that it was posted merely as a means to get free refreshments. And that's what I'm asking TK not to do in the future.

what is happening to CD offlate?? i cant believe a post on free refreshments has gone to 3 pages??? maybe if tk put his time to better use then there will be no need for free this or free that.. its highly in bad taste that you first of all are soo crazy about free lunches or cookies of lemonade(this refers to ur other posts on free foods else where on this forum) and then u post it on a site just so that others can get free stuff aswell??
maybe you shud ask if anyone is interested in free stuff?? i have never seen anyone else post such things or display any liking or love for free food.
