Do u guys listen hindi and punjabi radio programs here?Do u like them?I like some of them.Very few hosts are good here.What do u think?

why nobody is giving reply.It's disscussion group and nobody is disscussing anything.

I would actually like to know if there is any good Hindi music radio station in the GTA area, pref. one that plays a mix of new and old Hindi music.

yes there r some radio chanels gives hindi songs new and old.There's one station 530a.m .There's a show comes in the morning 8to10 and another on f.m101.3 at 9to11.One show comes every wednesday on 530a.m6to8.The host of that show also gives plays nice songs.

I used to be a radio jockey on FM radio in bombay and what I find here is that the desi radio stations are more like songs in between advertisements..I dont know about the AM ones here but on 101.3 Potpourri that airs between 9 to 11 on weekday mornings is the only musically oriented one

I'm completely agree with you.Here's more advertisements and less music.But recently i heard a new host on wednesdays 530a.m 6to 8evening. I liked that prog as atleast she plays some good songs and also speaks very well.

Are there any Radio station in GTA?
The radio stations all r discussing can't even come closer to WHAT THEY say Radio stn.
If you really want to radio, listen some from Dubai/UAE. They really play good music.
Here in GTA what language they speak, hardly anyone understand.

I still listen all UAE radio channels here via internet
There is urgent need of good HINDI Radio channel in Canada.
