Guys ( and gals),
There is a hue and cry over outsourcing of service jobs.. Just image what kind of hue and cry you will get when you have the highest white-collar jobs moving to India..namely R&D ?
I say this, as I am more into the R part of R&D. Canada has negligible or nothing going on in R&D. If you observe all major comanies...like GE, Motrola, Microsoft etc.. they do not have any R&D presence in Canada. What they do have here are sales outlets etc etc.
Whereas IBM is now more focussed on their centres in Delhi, Beijing and Haifa..Give it a thought beautysalon..

I think, (and its just my personal opinion).. that desi's (settled here for a long time) feel that they might face an inferiority complex, if they move back to India..( as in dhobi ka kutta na ghar ka na ghat ka)...
In order to avoid that, keep all ur options flexible, if you want to move overseas or you want to stay on here. What is more useful ? Earning a respetable salary in India or as Beautysalon says, living and eventually exhausting your EI !
