I do not know if any body has posted this articlie earlier.
However, as this is some thing important to all the house owners who have their mortgage protection insurance from their dear bank and hence even a duplicate posting would not hurt.

Pramod ji, if one's post insurance claim is denied because the form was not filled out right, or the advisor did not help in filling it right, can one go after the E&O insurance of the advisor?
Is it mandatory for an insurance salesperson to keep E&O insurance like in many other professions?
