Can all of you suggest me about the job scope of Collection/Recoveries in Banking/Financial Sector in Canada. Also how are the salary packages in this sector? I have more than 12 years of experience in Banking and financial sector here in India.

Do I still need to start from the scratch in this sector in Canada? If yes, what might be an approx package?

In particular response to your query, in Canada for such recovery related jobs, you need to be bilingual - English and French.

In Canada, you need to start from scratch and it might not be your existing line of activity.

I think call centres start with gross of $12/hr
