My line of credit got declined and I want to buy a used car for like $ 5000

most of the car dealers finance cars 2007 and up model and atleast $ 8000

is there a way i can finance a $ 5000 used car a good interest rate

Instead line of credit you can go for car loan with some other financial institution than one who declined your line of credit. But what is the reason your line of credit is declined?

And let me tell you usually even car loan goes around 9-12% interest rate or more with major banks for used car.
