I am planning to buy Nexus 5 smart phone from Google play website. I want to know if the phone bought online from Google play shipped to Canada would it work for networks in India.

I checked online review there are conflicting views.

It will work on networks in India. I myself bought one from google site, though it is for here and I am not under contract.
